We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We offer free shipping on orders over $60. The cost will automatically be discounted upon checkout. Free shipping does not apply to international orders at this time. Depending on your location, shipping will generally take between 1 to 10 business days. Most deliveries are fully traceable and an email will be send out upon shipping with tracking details. If you order from our website for delivery outside the USA, your products may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the delivery reaches its destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. For further information on duty and tax we suggest you contact your local customs office as rules vary per country.
We offer free exchanges or returns in case our socks are not to your liking. Please contact us at email@example.com for a size/color swap or return within 14 days of receiving the goods. We will then accommodate you with the correct exchange/return address and provide you with a different pair of socks or refund to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If the return is not a result of our error (i.e., you ordered the wrong size or you changed your mind), we reserve the right to charge the return cost of postage to our US headquarters.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Unfortunately we cannot refund any possible duties, taxes or shipping costs that are made by sending and returning the product(s). The returned product/products remains your responsibility until it arrives at our headquarters. Furthermore, shipping costs for multiple returns/exchanges on the same order will not be covered.
